Our affordable meeting rooms are fully furnished and fully accessible. Our rooms offer free WIFI, air conditioning, AV equipment, and have flexible layouts to fit your needs

For Business

We have fully accessible office facilities suitable as training rooms, exam rooms, one-to-one meeting rooms, interview rooms, small or large group meeting rooms or workshop rooms. These are perfect for individuals or small businesses looking for affordable meeting rooms or hot-desking space. Our large room can be arranged in different layouts, making it perfect as a board meeting room or AGM meeting room.

For Therapies

We also have a weekend therapy room that is fitted for treatments and is suitable for any type of therapy such as health, beauty, massage, or alternative therapies. This is ideal for individual therapy practitioners looking for low-cost therapy rooms to rent.

For Counselling

We have smaller rooms that are fitted with comfortable furniture and are ideal for counselling and mental health practitioners looking for low-cost counselling rooms.

For Education and Arts

Our rooms are suitable for a wide range of uses. They are suitable for health or social care professionals who are delivering personal tutoring, mentoring or other activities such as art or sensory therapy.

For Communities

Living Options’ large meeting room is ideal for small community groups such as interest groups or AGMs. The waiting area can be converted into additional open space for exhibiting or other non-seated events.

Hire The Swan Conference room

This room can seat up to 20 delegates and is suitable for training, board meetings, AGMs, exam rooms and many other uses. 

We have a large screen with projector installed measuring 3000 x 2250 mm (10’ x 7’) This is so it will be user friendly for BSL users and interpreters.

Hire The Robin Small Meeting Room

This room will comfortably seat 3 people but is ideal for 1:1 sessions, interviews or counselling sessions.

Hire The Wren Small Meeting Room

This room will comfortably seat 3 people but is ideal for 1:1 sessions, interviews or counselling sessions.

Hire The Lark Therapy Room

This room is used by therapists to give treatment, it is a lovely space for 1:1 therapy and massage treatment.

Weekend and Bank Holiday Room Hire

If you wish to book a room during a weekend or Bank Holiday, we offer a competitive fixed day rate, this includes unlimited use of our kitchen facilities for refreshments.  We also offer discounted rates for voluntary sector businesses. Please ask for details.

Refreshments

A selection of teas, coffee, fresh milk, and biscuits are charged per delegate. Please tell us if you have any dietary requirements when you make your booking e.g. gluten-free biscuits, milk alternatives.

If lunch is required, you are welcome to book a delivered lunch. We can provide contact information on lunch delivery, please ask us for details.
