Health and Wellbeing Services

We offer support services that help maintain balanced wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle.

We all understand the importance of maintaining our mental and physical health for balanced wellbeing. We offer a range of support services for people with a disability. These focus on connecting with nature, access to beautiful heritage locations across the southwest, a counselling service, and a keep active group.

Countryside Mobility

Countryside Mobility provides safe, enjoyable and easy access to the South West’s countryside and visitor attractions for anyone who has difficulty walking. Access is provided through a hire network of all-terrain mobility scooters (Trampers).

This service helps customers increase independence, reduce loneliness, improve wellbeing and mental health. For businesses it increases customer attendance and improves customer experience for everyone.

Heritage Ability

Heritage Ability is a Heritage Lottery Funded project working to improve accessibility and inclusivity across the South West. The team work with a number of different organisations including historic houses, museums and country parks.

The team support local sites in improving access through the creation of alternative format products, such as easy read guides, audio guides and BSL tours. This service helps customers increase independence, reduce loneliness, improve wellbeing and mental health. For businesses it increases customer attendance and improves customer experience for everyone.
