Our qualified trainers have lived experience of disability and Deaf culture. Their training is a practical exercise-based session, providing the experience of barriers to communication and best practice communication tips. The training raises awareness of appropriate language and assistance; how people with disabilities access information and true-life scenarios to demonstrate reasonable adjustments.
Disability Awareness Training
We deliver disability awareness and equality training courses that are designed to meet the learning needs of the people taking part, linked to their working role and workplace. The training can be provided in-house or in our accessible premises or remotely online.
